All of the routes of The Blue Ridge Extreme start and end at The Inn at Afton, on top of Afton mountain, conveniently located near Waynesboro and Charlottesville, Va., just off of Interstate 64. For directions from your specific location, click here, and enter your start address.

The Inn at Afton

From the North
(D.C., Maryland, Northern Va., etc.)

Take Route 29 South to Charlottesville. In Charlottesville, take the US-29-BYP S/US-250-BYP W ramp toward I-64 W/Lynchburg/Staunton. Merge onto US-29 S. for 3.7 miles. Merge onto I-64 West toward Staunton. Take Interstate 64 West to Exit 99. Turn Right onto Rte. 250 East. Immediately after the first set of bridges, turn right, and The Inn at Afton will be on top of the hill.

From the East
(Virginia Beach, Richmond, Charlottesville, etc.)

Take Interstate 64 West to Exit 99. Turn Right onto Rte. 250 East. Immediately after the first set of bridges, turn right, and The Inn at Afton will be on top of the hill.

From the South
(Lynchburg, Va., Central, N.C., etc.)

Take Route 29 North to Charlottesville. Just before you reach Charlottesville, merge onto I-64 W via the ramp- on the left- toward Staunton. Take Interstate 64 West to Exit 99. Turn Right onto Rte. 250 East. Immediately after the first set of bridges, turn right, and The Inn at Afton will be on top of the hill.

From the Northwest
(West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, Winchester, Va., etc.)

Take Interstate 81 South to Staunton, Va. Merge onto I-64 East via exit number 221 toward Richmond. Remain on Interstate 64 East to Exit 99. Turn Right onto Rte. 250 East. Immediately after the first set of bridges, turn right, and The Inn at Afton will be on top of the hill.

From the Southwest
(Roanoke, Va., Western N.C., etc.)

Take Interstate 81 North. Interstate 81 merges with Interstate 64 East via Exit 221 toward Richmond. Remain on Interstate 64 East to Exit 99. Turn Right onto Rte. 250 East. Immediately after the first set of bridges, turn right, and The Inn at Afton will be on top of the hill.
